Delivery
Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days after confirmation. Delivery time may vary depending on your location and courier availability.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details through email or SMS. Please ensure that your shipping information is entered correctly while placing the order.
Xaesio is not responsible for delays caused by:
- incorrect shipping information
- courier issues
- natural delays or public holidays
Returns Policy
At Xaesio, we only accept returns for the following reasons:
- Product arrived damaged
- Wrong size delivered
- Wrong product received
To request a return, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- clear photos of the product
- order number
- issue explanation
Products must be:
- unused
- unwashed
- in original condition with tags and packaging
Returns requested for reasons other than damage or wrong size/product will not be accepted.
Exchange Policy
We allow exchanges only in the following cases:
- damaged product
- wrong size delivered
- incorrect item received
Exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours after delivery.
Once the product is inspected and approved, a replacement item will be shipped depending on stock availability.
If the requested size is unavailable, store credit or an alternative solution may be provided.
Important Notes
- Minor color differences due to lighting or screen settings are normal and not considered damage.
- Xaesio reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request that does not meet our policy conditions.
- Customers are advised to carefully check size charts before placing orders.
