Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Xaesio. We do our best to get your orders delivered safely and on time. Since all Xaesio products are made using a Print-on-Demand (POD) process, each item is specially made after you place your order.

Order Processing

Once your payment is confirmed, we start processing your order. Because everything is made-to-order, processing usually takes about 2–5 business days. During busy seasons or high-demand periods, it might take a little longer.

As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email or SMS so you can keep an eye on your delivery.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on where you live:

  • Metro Cities: 3–7 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 5–10 business days
  • Remote Areas: Delivery may take extra time depending on courier availability

Please keep in mind that these are estimated timelines. Delays can sometimes happen due to weather, holidays, courier issues, or regional restrictions.

Shipping Charges

Any shipping charges will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. We may also offer free shipping on selected products, special offers, or minimum order values from time to time.

Tracking Orders

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be sent to your registered email address or phone number. Please make sure your shipping information is entered correctly while placing the order.

Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails because of an incorrect address, the recipient being unavailable, or refusal to accept the package, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, extra shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Delays & Exceptions

Since Xaesio works with third-party production and courier partners through a Print-on-Demand model, occasional delays can happen. We really appreciate your patience and understanding if that happens.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or seems to be lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order details. We’ll look into the issue and help you out as quickly as possible.
