Therefore, delivery timelines include both production and shipping time. This Delivery Policy applies to all orders placed on xaesio.com.

Delivery Coverage

Currently, we deliver only within India.

Order Processing

Once your payment is successfully confirmed, your order enters production. Since every product is custom manufactured after order confirmation, processing usually takes 2–5 business days before dispatch.

Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, estimated delivery timelines are:

• Metro Cities: 3–7 business days
• Other Cities & Towns: 5–10 business days
• Remote Areas: Delivery may take additional time depending on courier availability.

The total estimated delivery time for most orders is approximately 5–12 business days, including order processing and shipping.

Delivery Delays

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to public holidays, weather conditions, natural disasters, courier service interruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via your registered email address or mobile number. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details while placing an order.

Failed Delivery

If delivery fails because of an incorrect shipping address, recipient unavailability, refusal to accept the shipment, or any customer-related reason, the order may be returned. Additional delivery charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Damaged or Missing Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged or you do not receive your shipment within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery) with your order number and relevant details. We will coordinate with our authorized production and shipping partners to investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Order Fulfilment

All products available on Xaesio are made-to-order. Manufacturing, printing, packing, and dispatch are managed through our authorized production and fulfillment partners to ensure quality and timely delivery.
