Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Xaesio, every product is made-to-order and custom manufactured after an order is placed. As each item is produced specifically for the customer, our Refund & Cancellation Policy is as follows.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before production begins. Once an order has entered production or has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. If your cancellation request is approved before production starts, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available only under the following circumstances:

• The product is damaged upon delivery.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.
• You received the wrong item.
• Your order is confirmed as lost during transit by our shipping partner.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Required Proof

To process a refund request, please provide:

• Your Order ID.
• Clear photos of the product.
• Photos of the shipping package.
• An unboxing video (if available).

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or cancellations will not be provided for:

• Change of mind.
• Incorrect size selected by the customer.
• Incorrect color selected by the customer.
• Incorrect shipping address provided during checkout.
• Minor color variations caused by differences in screen displays.

Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout. Approved refunds are generally initiated within 5–7 business days after approval. The final credit time depends on your payment provider or bank.
