Return & Exchange Policy

Xaesio, every product is made-to-order and custom manufactured after an order is placed. As each item is produced specifically for the customer, we maintain the following Return & Exchange Policy.
Returns & Exchanges
We do
not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
- Change of mind.
- Incorrect size selected by the customer.
- Incorrect color selected by the customer.
- Incorrect shipping address provided during checkout.
Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect product, please contact us within
7 days of delivery.
To process your request, please provide:
- Your Order ID.
- Clear photos of the product.
- Photos of the shipping package.
- An unboxing video (if available).
After verification, we will coordinate with our authorized production and shipping partners to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the nature of the issue.
Lost Orders
If your order is confirmed as lost during transit by the courier partner, we will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
Refunds
Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout. Refunds are generally initiated within
5–7 business days after approval. The time taken for the amount to reflect depends on your payment provider or bank.
