All products available on our website are made-to-order. Manufacturing, printing, packing, and dispatch may be carried out by our authorized production and fulfillment partners.

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on xaesio.com.

Order Processing

All orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.

Since every product is custom manufactured after order confirmation, production begins only after successful payment verification. Processing usually takes 2–5 business days before dispatch.

Orders are processed only on business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

Shipping Coverage

Currently, we ship only within India.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3–7 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 5–10 business days
  • Remote Areas: Delivery may take additional time depending on courier availability.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
Free shipping may be offered during promotional campaigns or on selected products.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via your registered email address or mobile number.
Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate while placing your order.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails because of an incorrect shipping address, recipient unavailability, refusal to accept the shipment, or any customer-related reason, the order may be returned to us.
Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Delays

As our products are manufactured after an order is placed and shipped through third-party courier partners, occasional delays beyond our control may occur.
We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery) with your order number and supporting photographs (if applicable).

We will coordinate with our authorized production and shipping partners to investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
